The McLoud Redskins overcame a 25-15 deficit in the third quarter and rolled to a 39-30 victory over the Chandler Lions Saturday in ‘a court of dreams’ game at Chesapeake Energy Arena, home of the Oklahoma City Thunder.

OKLAHOMA CITY – The McLoud Redskins overcame a 25-15 deficit in the third quarter and rolled to a 39-30 victory over the Chandler Lions Saturday in ‘a court of dreams’ game at Chesapeake Energy Arena, home of the Oklahoma City Thunder.

McLoud struggled with its shot in the first half in falling into a 21-14 hole at halftime. Chandler increased the lead to 25-15 before the Redskins went on a 17-0 run to go up 32-25. McLoud outscored the Lions, 25-9, in the second half.

Tristan Crook led the Redskins with 19 points as he drilled three treys in the game. Teammate Sammy Keller followed with seven points.

Chandler defeated McLoud in the girls’ game, 43-35, in a game also played at the Chesapeake Arena.
