The Shawnee High School wrestling team dropped a pair of duals to Midwest City, 43-27, and host Bridge Creek, 44-32, Thursday night.

BRIDGE CREEK – The Shawnee High School wrestling team dropped a pair of duals to Midwest City, 43-27, and host Bridge Creek, 44-32, Thursday night.

Shawnee’s Jordan Lomeli, competing at 132 pounds, won both of his matches on the night, one by fall and the other via major decision. Spencer Rochelle won with a pair of falls at 145 pounds for the Wolves.

Kantynn Kaseca, also of Shawnee, picked up his first victory of the season and it was by a fall at heavyweight against Bridge Creek.

The Wolves are competing in the Jenks Tournament today and Saturday.
