EDMOND – The Shawnee High School wrestling team was on the short end of a 46-27 dual score with host Edmond Memorial Tuesday night.

The Wolves were beneficiaries of three falls and a major decision in a losing effort.

Jordan Lomeli, at 132 pounds, along with Kyle Helie, at 182, and Lane Williams, at 220, each won their matches via pins while Sam Anderson was a major decision winner at 170. Alex Ramos received a forfeit victory for Shawnee at 106 pounds.

The Wolves will now gear up for regional action set for Feb. 21-22.
