Norman Edward Wagner
Tecumseh - Norman Edward Wagner was born 1/20/64 in Haywood CA, passed away 3/21/21 at 1:42pm at OU Medical in Oklahoma City after a brief hospitalization, with his children by his bedside. He worked at Tinker AFB as a Management Analyst with 37 years of federal service. He loved his family, was friends to many, loved to tell a good story, and loved his Community work in Shawnee Little Theatre (SLT) and was founder of Safe Events For Families (SEFF) in Shawnee that has grown over the years to easily be the largest family friendly event in the state of Oklahoma. He leaves behind a daughter Jade Lanette Wagner of Spencer OK, Bryce Lawrence Wagner of Tecumseh, OK, ex-wife, friend and mother of his children, Lynn Wagner of Spencer OK, a fiancé Linda Sabrano of Moore OK, his sisters, Donna Chambers, Shawnee OK, and Debi Franklin of Edmond OK, and numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward Lawrence Wagner and Dixie Lou Wagner, and a sister, Cynthia Lou Ridenhour. Celebration of Life Memorial will be held on Friday, April 16, 2021, beginning at 1pm – ending at 3pm at Midwest City Community Center R1 at 200 N. Midwest Blvd, Midwest City Ok. Since Norm loved Mardi Gras', the family would like bright colors to be worn in celebration of Norm's unique self of personality and life lived. Cremation burial will be a private ceremony.
Donations in Norman's name are welcomed and can be made to Safe Events for Families (SEFF) in lieu of flowers.
