The Earlsboro boys suffered a tough 81-52 loss at the hands of Leedey Saturday to lose in the regional final.

Leedey pulled ahead 21-10 in the first half to take an early lead that the Wildcats were never able to recover from.

Shawn Johnson led Earlsboro with 14 points in the game while Elijah Stargell had 12 and Derick McCormick put in 11.

The Wildcats next game will be at the Area Tournament at Anadarko Thursday against Chattanooga.

Seminole demolishes Douglass

The Seminole girls cruised to an easy Class 4A district win over Douglass Saturday night 73-22.

The Lady Chieftains put out 22 points in the first quarter to Douglass' four and kept pounding them from there.

Lindsey Lofton led the Seminole girls with 16 points, Mikayla Marshall had 12 in the contest.

The Lady Chieftains, 17-6 on the season, will play the first round of their regional Thursday at Douglass.
