KINGSTON — Shawnee’s girls came in 10th as the Class 5A State Golf Tournament concluded Thursday at the Chickasaw Point Golf Course.

After finishing with 410 strokes Wednesday, the Lady Wolves posted a 414 Thursday for an 824 total.

Durant won the team championship at 687 after going 346-341. Collinsville was the runner-up at 703, 16 strokes back of the victors, and Duncan finished third at 704 (348-356).

Sydney Youngblood of Durant ran away with medalist honors at 143 (73-70). Runner-up Madison O’Dell of Collinsville was 13 shots back at 156 (76-80).

Meera Chandra had Shawnee’s best finish at 181 (93-88). Also posting scores for Sbawnee were Rachel Weger at 219 (109-110), Breena West at 214 (109-105), Rebekah Epperly at 210 (99-111) and Channing Wortham at 224 (112-112).
