PERRY – McLoud was handed two blows Thursday at the Perry Tournament to suffer their fourth straight loss and even to 5-5 on the season. 6A Ponca City handed them a 9-5 loss before the Lady Redskins were handed another close loss in a 6-5 defeat at the hands of Blackwell.

It was the team's fourth game decided by one run and fourth straight loss after beginning the season with a 5-1 record. They started the downward slide Tuesday in a sweeping double-header against Tuttle.

The girls play Woodward today at 11:30 a.m. and Millwood at 4 p.m.
