The Lady Devils of Prague advanced their season with a pair of wins Saturday against Tulsa Edison (12-2) and Sallisaw (8-4).

After giving up two runs in the top of the first against Edison, the girls rallied with six in the bottom of the inning to make quick work of the Tulsa girls. They tacked on two in the second and four in the third before time expired.

Rachel Rumsey had a two-run triple in the contest and Karsyn Coleman drove in two runs on a pair of singles. Beth Denney and Brittany Harwell each had a triple and Jaycee Johnson and Macyn Anderson each knocked down a double.

Denney gave up two hits on two runs and struck out two.

Denney hit a two run blast in the first to help the girls get out to a 3-0 lead on Sallisaw going to the bottom of the third, but fell behind on a four run rally to have to play catch up. Harwell was hit by a pitch with bases loaded to tie up in the fifth and things snowballed for Sallisaw with two more loaded walks, an error and a fielder's choice RBI from Coleman.

Coleman and Denney drove in two runs apiece and Anderson had a triple.

Denney pitched the complete game and gave up four runs on five hits.
