EDMOND – Shawnee finished second combined and as individual teams in a pool of 14 schools Saturday at the Casady McGuinness Invitational, falling to Harrah 739-642.

Isabel Webb finished second in the 50 free with a time of 27.10 as Jordyn Satern completed the race in 28.33 for third to get started off on the right foot. Sateren followed up with a 1:04.35 finish for third in the 100 free and Webb won the backstroke with a time of 1:09.16.

Avery Hadley (2:27.66) took second in the 200 free, and finished the 500 free with a time of 6:37.54 for third. Leticia Cervantes (5:58.27) beat out Harrah's Rachel Reising for first place as Reising completed the race in 5:58.47.

Savannah Smith took third in the 100 back with a time of 1:24.49, Lauren Grein won the 100 fly with a time of 1:12.15 and Cervantes finished the 200 individual medley in 2:31.10 for second in the event.

The 200 free relay and 200 medley relay teams each took top honors.

Trent Ogden took the gold in the boys 50 freestyle with a 23.51 finish and first in the 100 back in 1:01.74. He also helped the 200 free relay team to a first place finish and 200 medley relay to third.

Brodie Morris (5:49.76) took third in the 500 freestyle race and Kiergan Gibson finished fourth in the 100 breast with a time of 1:14.55.

Shawnee will host Yukon, Ada and Chickasha Jan. 18.
