Stuart & Clover, PLLC has been an integral part of the Shawnee community for the past 115 years. Although the names on the marquee have changed throughout the years, the core values of the firm have stayed the same: quality, trustworthy, dependable legal work.

Jim Stuart, partner, is celebrating 41 years in the practice of law, with 40 years being at Stuart & Clover. Stuart began his practice in Shawnee when the firm was Miller, Peters & Diamond. Stuart was named partner in 1980 and has retained that position since that time. Stuart’s practice has focused on real property, commercial law, estate planning, and probate. He has produced estate plans for hundreds of Shawnee residents. Stuart was President of the Oklahoma Bar Association in 2013 and has participated in countless civic and community organizations.

Stuart & Clover also celebrates the naming of Brandi Nowakowski, Tony Morales, and Breanne Gordon as Partners.

Nowakowski is a Shawnee native and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Nowakowski’s practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, probate, adult guardianship, public trust, municipal law, and real property. She is the Vice President of the Oklahoma Bar Association and a member of the Board of the Oklahoma Bar Foundation.

Morales is a Shawnee native and a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Morales’ practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on oil & gas, commercial, and real property law; municipal law; estate planning; and probate. He is a member of the Board of Editors of the Oklahoma Bar Journal and a District Representative for the OBA Young Lawyers Division.

Gordon is a Shawnee transplant from Kansas City and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Gordon’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, municipal representation, corporate entities, and estate planning. She is the President of the Board of Youth & Family Resource Center, Inc.

Stuart & Clover is also proud to announce the hiring of Trent Guleserian as an associate attorney with the firm. Guleserian worked for the firm as an intern while in law school and began as an associate in September after passing the Bar Exam. Guleserian is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He is a Board Member of Mission Shawnee.

“Stuart & Clover feels well positioned to continue to honor the legacy that Mike Clover and Jim Stuart have carried on with the elevation of young talent at this firm,” said Joe Vorndran, Partner.

The firm is proud that its attorneys have deep roots and strong ties to the Shawnee community.

“It’s a testament to the longevity of the firm that we are able to attract young, community-oriented talent to continue Stuart & Clover’s legacy,” said Vorndran.

Stuart & Clover will celebrate its achievements on Thursday, February 13th, at a reception at its office for clients and community members starting at 5:30 p.m., in partnership with Shawnee Forward.
