Lauramae Lollar, age 59, Tecumseh resident, passed away March 5, 2020, in Tulsa.
She was born March 3, 1961, in Purcell, Oklahoma, to Lester Coy Remer and Lillian Rozella (Welcher) Remer.
She was a graduate of Byng High School and the Gordon Cooper School of Nursing.
Laura was employed as a nurse at Central Oklahoma Juvenile Authority until her retirement in 2019. She enjoyed camping, hiking, cast iron campfire cooking, woodworking and crafts.
Laura is survived by her husband David Lollar, her sons; Austin Lollar of Oklahoma City, and Jimmy Pearce Jr. of Ada, her mother; Rozella Remer of Oklahoma City, her brother; Keith Remer and his wife Jeanne of Jones, Oklahoma, her sisters; Jane Crawford and husband David of Houston, Texas, and Johnnie Mahurin and husband Gary of Ada, sister-in-law and brother-in-law; Judy and Robin Landry of Shawnee, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father; Lester Coy Remer, brother; Lester Coy Remer Jr. and her grandparents; John and Hazel Welcher and CL and Wilsie Remer.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 7, at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole with Clint Dawkins officiating. Burial will follow at Little Cemetery, north of Seminole.
Casket bearers will be Gary Mahurin, Johnnie Brown, Darrell Hansford, Joseph Evans, David Crawford, Mark Geere, Rick Andrews and Paul Brown.
Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole.
