Granite Bay Wealth Management announces merger
PORTSMOUTH – Granite Bay Wealth Management, LLC, at 500 Market St., announced its new formation and growing team.
Originally founded in 2006 by Joseph Skees and Paul Stanley, the investment firm was merged with Martel Dorow Inc., an independent registered investment advisory firm. Joining the Granite Bay Wealth Management team is Diane DuBois and Ron Martel, bringing 20 years of investment experience with them.

Diane A. DuBois, QPFC, graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor of arts degree and a concentration in business from the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics (formerly the Whittemore School). Before forming Martel Dorow with partner Ron Martel, she spent the first 12 years of her career with Sun Financial Group. DuBois is also a former founding partner of Beacon Integrated Resources, an independent insurance brokerage firm.
Joseph R. Skees, CFP, CLU, ChFC, CEBS, graduated from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a bachelor’s in business management. At the start of his career, Skees spent 10 years as a financial advisor for three different fortune 500 companies. He is a Certified Financial Planner, chartered life underwriter, and chartered financial consultant.
Paul S. Stanley, CFP, graduated from Bentley College with a bachelor’s in economics and finance. He spent the first 10 years of his career working at major Wall Street firms before opening Granite Bay Wealth Management in 2006. Stanley is a Certified Financial Planner and has successfully completed level one of the chartered financial analysts exam.

Mad*Pow welcomes Matthew Teece
PORTSMOUTH – Mad*Pow, a design agency focused on improving the experiences people have with technology, organizations, and each other, has hired Matthew Teece as senior developer in its Portsmouth headquarters.
“Matt really understands the one-on-one impact that mobile applications can have, and he knows how to tackle difficult development problems,” said Will Powley, founder and chief creative officer at Mad*Pow.
Teece is an accomplished web developer and programmer with a decade of application development experience. Before joining Mad*Pow, Teece worked at PixelMEDIA in Portsmouth, where he was Senior software engineer. He also worked as a freelance web developer. At Mad*Pow, Teece will create and improve the experiences people have on mobile devices.

Holloway adds two in sales department
GREENLAND – Holloway Automotive in Greenland, the Seacoast’s authorized Mercedes-Benz sales and service center, has expanded its sales department.
Returning to the Holloway Mercedes-Benz is Gregory Nakagawa. He has a long history with the brand starting as a service manager in 1986 then transitioning to sales in 1992. He started with Holloway Automotive at its Exeter location in 1997. Nakagawa was honored to have sold the one-millionth Mercedes-Benz car to a local Exeter resident.
